how can I get refund?

I subscribed adobe firefly.. 

although i finished my project, i forgot to cancel the subscription and i just did. 

can i get refund?

Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within first 14 days. If you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month's billing period.

Hi... I just cancelled my subscription, since I do not use Adobe premium features. The last payment date was yesterday. Then will I be eligible for a full erefund of the payment? If so, is it automatically generated or do I need to make a request? Kindly assist. Thank you in advance!
