How do i contact customer care about my billing and account??

Hi just wondering how to actually contact customer care

when i go to the support pages it said they have phone and chat support but when i click support it goes to the support page with the link to the same chat and phone page that goes back the to same previous support page saying they have phone and chat support??

 

can somebody share the actual page with the customer care phone number or the page with the actual chat on it so i can talk to somebody.

Did you click on the chat icon on the bottom right on this page. See the screen shot where the icon is visible with a circle and a dialog icon inside it. Click that and type AGENT to chat with a human. -Manan

thank you for the reply - maybe i have missed something here - the above link provided is the page that does not show how to get in contact with customer support - 

 

the above page https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html  links to this page -> https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html which then links back to the orginal page -> https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html 

 

does customer support have an email i can directly contact then - I need to urgently update my credid card details - it saved with a typo in it and i can't edit because clicking "manage payemnt" now shows the error "something went wrong" -

cheers - the chat icon has now magically appeared (wasn't on the screen last night) - left the page open and was not there i just  refreshed the page after a few hours sleep and now its there lol
