How do I just display "Personal Profile" when login?

Everytime I login adobe, it asks me to choose my profile. How do I remove the above two and just display "Personal Profile"? Thanks!

Thanks for reply. Sure, as a user, I can't do anything to change it. But I contacted the Adobe support, and told them my demand. They helped me to deal with it, and now everything works so fine.

You can't, as long as your account is part of an organasation. You need to leave, or get kicked out of the two organisations above.
