Hello,
Last year I bought a 1-year Creative Cloud subscription for my study, it was a student price of around 230 euros. This September I got a message that my subscription got extended to next year, something I don't recall signing up for. Not only that, but they charged me a full 430 euros.
I canceled my subscription (within 14 days) and Adobe tells me I will keep Creative Cloud until next year, however I need my money back and don't want their service. How do I receive a refund?
Thanks in advance

subscriptions automatically renew.
contact adobe support to discuss. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
