has anyone had their cancellation fee removed and who did they complain to.
Just found out today I have committed to annual commitment (no idea) and charging me £45 for cancellation of plan.
Who did you complain to?

it's charging me £45 to cancel which I had no idea until today. Says I had signed up yearly. How do you get a supervisor to sort this out. It's outrageous. I've tried pulling up the original agreement and it's blank

One way: Wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.
The early termination fee is 50% of your remaining months.
You can cancel now and pay the fee, or wait a few months until your service ends.
Your choice.
