You can cancel your single app membership and then sign up for the Student/Teacher plan.

I have a sucription plan for Adobe CC single-app subscription. I paid $29.99/month .But right now , I want to cancel it and can't find "cancel button" in manage plan section. What do I do ? My case number in contact support is "0186082391" but no one answering my question yet.

Hi.
I have a teacher and students photography plan (paid for a year), but I would like to upgrade to the Complete CC to get all the other apps. I just can't seem to figure out how. Is it possible to just upgrade directly or do I have to cancel my photography subscription to then buy the Complete CC ?

You can cancel the present CC & buy the complete CC, the cancellation fee is waived off for such cancellation(you need to contact Adobe Support for that) http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6

I have the photography CC subscription, I want Affter Effect product. Just for adding one app I have to pay $19.99 in addition of the $9.99 that I am already paying. Can I get the CC completed version for the $29.99 a month?
