I am being charged monthly but I no longer have access to my email address

I am trying to cancel my account which is connected to an email address I no longer have access to. The email address is from a domain that was my old company, but that company has been shut down & that domain name no longer exists. How do I cancel my subscription?

This does not help me I am sorry. This sends me into the same loop asking
me to login to get support. I cannot login as I lost all the login details
and I cannot reset my password as I no longer have access to my email
account nor does the domain exist.

Please advise.

There is no other way to get such account related issues resolved other than contacting Adobe support. Your point is valid regarding login. In such a case you could use an alternate way to contact support. Try Twitter @Adobecare

message again! How to speak to a real person to get this help??

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
