I cancelled my 7 day free subscription on Day 6 but they still charged me a monthly fee.

I got a free trial of Adobe, just so I could urgently sign a pdf form. I believe I cancelled the free trial on Day 6. However, I've just been billed a monthly subscription but I can't access my account to view it. 

 

I have an email that says I have cancelled my AI Assistant for Acrobat subscription.

Does this mean I only cancelled the AI Assistant and no the Acrobat subscription. 

 

I can't access my Adobe Account to see what is going on.

 

I'm not happy.

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, I can see that you cancelled the plan on the 8th day. This was the reason you were charged. The good news is Adobe offers full refund if the cancellation is done within 14 days. I can see that a refund has been initiated today for the subscription you cancelled. It usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process.
