I cannot seem to deactivate from a now defunct workstation with a failed primary drive

Have installed VERSIONS 9, 11 & 2024 onto a new Windows to a new windows 11 System.

2024 is fine but done really use it much as Im not familiar yet

9 & 11 Imperitive so im purchasing an older windows 10 workstation

However when testing it out it keeps saying about license activation message about deactivatie on previous machine?  Cant do that.  Its never been activated on the windows 11 machine however Its the working INTERNET machine I have to put the post can I put a request for ADOBE to go into the account and simply reset the installs or something I only need it on one machine I pay my DUES iam not trying to pirate or do the wrong thing so whats the ussue and why can't I juse raise a ticket and talk to Adobe?  Why should this be public knowlege to the rest of the 'community'?

if you don't have a computer you can use to deactivate, you can't deactivate.

A failed primary drive means you can't deactivate that machine to free up activations. Sorry.

  • PS Elements 9 is 15 year old software.
  • PS Elements 11 is 13 years old.
  • Both are way beyond their shelf-life now.
