I cant access live chat!!!!!!!!!

I have the usual problem of being sent in circles while trying to find a real person to talk to on this website and when I click the "Contact us" button which is supposedly supposed to open up a chat box, literally nothing happens. I've tried for 2 days in a row now and its really frustrating. As you can see from the video I am clicking and nothing is happening.

I am sorry, Faye, I know it would be frustrating to be actively thwarted from reaching us.  It is likely misconfigured browser or security software is preventing your ability to contact us.  

 

The experience available in https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen also works on mobile devices.  If you are still unable to reach us on a phone or tablet, then use a device on a different network to access the chat box.  You can also find the correct phone number to reach us in the Addition

I don't understand what the problem is but it's doing the same thing on my phone, that link isn't working and the contact us button wont redirect me to anything. Ive turned off ad blocker and I've tried on both wifi and data

Its the same whether I am logged in or not. It's just very frustrating and typical of adobe to make it so difficult to get help. I assume you cant do anything other than send me that link so that's anyway for your time.

The chat window automatically opens when clicking on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen so not much else can be offered Faye.  The additional contact options, available within the chat window, will be the appropriate options for your country, Faye.
