You must remember something about it... What email address you used, for example. Then Adobe Support (not us!) might be able to help you out with this issue.

you can't transfer subscriptions. you can cancel one and start another.
in any case, to help you further, follow @Rashmi27002770wxve's suggestion to contact adobe support. in addition to chat, there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Contact Adobe customer care as indicated by @kglad (the most complete list of options). You won't need to cancel, if you have only one subscription, you can simply change the e-mails attached to the account. The Adobe ID corresponds to the e-mail. Some are using social media accounts connected to your account, but the primary ID is the Adobe ID.
Customer care and only customer care can assist you to find back the right account.
