Hello
I am in the following situation where I get the Error of: We can’t verify your subscription status when I try load XD only (Screen shots attached). I am able to load other Adobe products. My account is fully paid and upto date.
I have taken the following steps
Please can you assist me
check your account to verify your subscription is what you expect and to verify your adobe id, https://accounts.adobe.com
then if your subscription is active, sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to verify your subscription: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/cannot-verify-subscription-xd.html
