Hi everyone.
I checked my bank account today and realised that Adobe has been charging me since June 2016 for a subscription that does not exist in my Adobe account. I chatted with someone from the support, but they were apparantly unable to find the charges. I checked my Emails and it doesn’t say anywhere that I subscribed to anything. Has anyone else had this problem?
Thank you.
It looks like you entered your email address incorrectly when you signed up - @yaho.o.com instead of @yahoo.com. That would explain why you didn't receive any emails about your subscription.
I will arrange for this subscription to be cancelled/refunded & you can sign up again with the correct details.
Kind regards
Bev

1. Talk to your banking consultant / bank manager to stop the payment immediately and to investigate the case.
Maybe someone uses your data illegitimately.
2. In future, check your bank account more often.

if you think there's an adobe error (as opposed to fraudulent use of your credit card), contact adobe support to rectify. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Hi Bev,
thank you so much! I’m glad someone could finally help me figure this out.
