Hi,

I have bought Adobe Photoshop with my university account, Order number: AD03028900942EAU. I used the trials from the start of December 2024. On 9th December 2024, Adobe emailed and said that I had a billing issue due to insufficient funds and I decided not to use the program anymore. I am not sure if I have cancelled the plan or not but I CANNOT FIND it anywhere on my account. Later, on 12th December 2024, Adobe charged 21.99AUD on my card and when I checked my account I found NO PLAN there and THE PROGRAM INDICATED THAT MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDED.

Please help with this! I do not want my money charged when I cannot use the product!

I have included photos for reference.

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hi @Nghi33251749uzqz,

We appreciate you contacting us. We can not discuss payment related account details on a public forum. I would recommend starting a private chat with our support team here: https://adobe.ly/49CGyBV

Let us know if you have any questions.
