I have been more than one hour searching and looking to contact an agent and to my surprise of a company that provides a service that we pay, only provides forums and nothing when we need specific help.
Also adds an empty link when we click a contact button, at least in Spain.

Someone can provide the steps to contact an agent please

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups and cookies on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:

What problem are you're having?  I ask because most product user questions can be answered quickly by fellow product users in the respective product support boards.

https://community.adobe.com/

Adobe Customer Care agents are mainly for account & billing matters.

CONTACT AN ADOBE AGENT:

Online Chat: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Phone M-F, during normal business hours: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

So far...none of my questions have been answered, let alone with a solution.  When trying to sign in,

using Google...it tells me that my Adobe account can be connected to my Google account...there is NO

other option.    So I can no longer sign in using Google, but must use Adobe.

I am interested in a product named Adobe PDF Converter...$ 23/ yr.   I click on it but it goes directly to

the more expensive Acrobat Pro.    Is that plan no longer available, and if so, can we please get Adobe to

remove its advertising for it.

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I have had it with Adobe...they are still practicing those things that got them sued.....One chat agent told me I had NO subscriptions.   The next one told me I had Acrobat Pro.....   The next one told me I had to have the Adobe App to be able to convert a pdf...!!   I had had an agent chat where we agreed to cancel out ALL subscriptions....because something was amiss..      I chatted again yesterday about an unadvertised plan I had heard of...Adobe PDF Converter....$23/ year.....but the agent did validate that I have NO subscriptions.......

except for the 'one'.....!   What!   What 'one'?     The Creative Cloud Package..etc, etc, at $100/ MONTH !!!!!!  Someone at Adobe had added that subscription......This was what caused part of the law suit against them...?...

He then proceded to brag about the 20-+ features...NONE of which I even know what they are and certainly would never use.    I had told him that all I want is a PDF Converter...affordable.    I receive a weekly document in PDF which must be converted and eventually to Word to be edited....like a Font 33 size to a 12.    They are

crooks.
