I'm being charged for an Adobe subscription on my card, but I don't know which billing account I have. I've tried all of them and there's no active plan. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Where they able to solve your problem? I was on a call yesterday with customer service that got me nowhere. I have no active subscription, and I've been charged 2019. They can't even track it through my debit card. The only option I'm being told I have, from my bank, is to cancel our card and get a new one (with a new number). Which is absurd. I'd also like to be reimbursed for the years of paying without an active subscription!

You neglected for 6 years to check your debit card transactions for accuracy???!!!
Unless you've been in a coma, that's really hard to believe.
At most banks, the statute of limitations for removing incorrect charges is 3 months. After that, there's nothing they can do.

Listen here, Ms. Judgy, no I haven't neglected checking my account for 6 years!!!! Never once did I say that I haven't checked it in that timeframe. At one point I did have an active subscription. You don't have all the details in my one little post. So, unless you have anything helpful to add, how about we keep the keyboard warrior comments to ourselves? I stopped payments. I'm happy with that as of now. Sweet Jesus. Have the day you deserve! 🙂

Your bank advised you what to do. Not sure what more you expect from this user-to-user community. We're just unpaid forum volunteers and Adobe product users.
