Please I am asking you kindly , I am a single mum of 1 baby and a student with 2 jobs I am struggling to pay for my bills and on top of them I have this subscription which has been on going for more than 11 months I have spoken to about 5 people online which they have closed the chat and ignored me . I am just asking you please to stop charging me I havenโ€™t even got a plan I Have all the evidence and you have all the evidence of the conversations I have been sending emails as well as that but I have been continuously ignored . I just want you to stop charging me ๐Ÿ˜ž I havenโ€™t got a plan I havenโ€™t even got a password to my account please help me please donโ€™t ignore me and please stop charging me , if this continues I am going to have to report adobe to a higher place to take further actions because for 11 months I donโ€™t know what more you want from me ๐Ÿ˜ž.

I reviewed your posts and only see the two in this thread, so it is unclear who the five people are that you spoke to online. Also, Adobe does not communicate by email. Are you sure you were talking to Adobe?

 

When you start a 7-day trial, it rolls over into an annual plan unless you cancel within the seven days. Only Adobe Customer Care can help with billing. The Photoshop forum cannot assist.
