I received this email from Adobe asking me to participate in a survey/discussion: Is this a scam?

I received this email wanting me to participate in a survey/discussion and offer a $150 gift towards my account. See email below. Is this legit?

Adobe is continuously committed to improving members’ experience. As such, we occasionally reach out to members for their feedback – this is one of those times. You are among a select group to receive this invitation to participate in an online discussion where you can help shape Adobe Creative Cloud.

Bond Brand Loyalty, Adobe’s partner in this engagement, is hosting this virtual discussion in August.

The discussion will require participants to use their own computer with a webcam and microphone. Participation is voluntary and there will be no sales or solicitation of any kind. The discussion will last approximately 1.5 hours and each participant will receive a $150 Amazon e-Gift Card* as a token of our appreciation for your time and effort.

Please complete a short 3-5 mins qualification survey by clicking on the link below. If you are selected, we will contact you with the session details. Space is limited, so please complete the survey as soon as possible.

I received the same email. I'm not sure if it's legit or not, so I'm on here looking for more information. Does anyone know how to contact Adobe directly to ask if it's a real online discussion (which I wouldn't mind participating in) or a scam?

adobe support probably won't know, but there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give the support chat a try, but I agree with you, it's more likely to be a scam.

If you hover your mouse over the "Start survey!" link, you will see an URL starting with "t-info.mail.adobe.com" - which is a valid Adobe address.
