Hi Adobe Support,
I’m writing because I’ve been trying to close my Adobe account, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was offered a free month, yet now I’m being told I have to pay for that same month just to delete my account. This makes absolutely no sense.
I feel extremely disappointed and honestly quite angry. I never agreed to be charged for something that was clearly presented as free, and now I’m stuck in a situation where I can’t close my account unless I pay for something I shouldn’t be paying for in the first place. This feels unfair and misleading.
I want this resolved immediately.
Here’s what I need:
Remove the charge for the “free” month.
Cancel my subscription completely.
Close my Adobe account as requested.
Please fix this as soon as possible and confirm once it’s done. I do not expect to see any charges moving forward.
