Hello,
I had a trial of adobe and i opened it one time. When I wanted to quit the trial adobe offered me 2 months use for free or whatever and I agreed, but again, I didn't really had a need and time to use it and I never opened it. Now I wanted to cancel subscription and I see that I need to pay 108eur fee for early cancellation! What a robbery! And no possibility of live chat, very dissapointed of adobe service. I just want my money back and will never use it again. If clients would be treated with respect they would not use cracked versions, believe me!

The two months free is a customer retention incentive, and it still obligates you to a one-year contract.

Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.

Sorry, but I doubt this. Do you know that in the good old days, software protection was quasi non-existent and people used massively illegal copies?
