Hi Everyone!
First time I've asked for help, hope I'm posting in the correct discussion!

...
Thanks to my ASUS Motherboard promotion, I've started my trial with a free code for 3 months of full Adobe CC all app.

All without setting a payment method, cause of course why do you need a payment method if you have 3 months free?
Now 1 and a half months after the end of the trial, I want to change my plan to a smaller one (Only Photoshop for example) because now I need to start using it, I don't want to be charged for Adobe CC All App type of subscription, just to be refunded in a second moment with the APPLICABLE refund for it, when I chose the new plan.
Here is the page where I've read that: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-plan.html

Can anyone help me understand if, at last, when I add the payment method, I'll get all the money in excess back*? And how much time it will take? There is a different way?

*or there's some sort of fine/penalty because it's 1 and a half months since I should have set the payment method.

Ty to everyone who can help me!

contact adobe support for help changing plans.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
