I want to stop the plan. However, we are having a hard time due to the early cancellation fee.

I used to use Premier Pro while paying for it, but now I have to cancel it. The reason is that in Korea, the country where I live, there comes a time when I have to go to the military. This is the time. Please cancel the plan without an early cancellation fee.

I'm sorry but fellow product users cannot help you with account & billing matters. 

 

If you knew you were to be called into military service soon, perhaps you should have taken the month-to-month option which can be cancelled anytime without penalty.  Instead you took the less costly annual plan which has an early cancellation fee.

 

In any case, you must contact Adobe Support directly and try to persuade the agent to waive the fee for you.  Otherwise pay the cancellation fee which you agreed to pay.  It's only 50% of your remaining months.
