I was double charged by adobe and they won't help to give my money back
Hi there
I was charged twice within two days for this subscription I forgot about and of course, there is no email or phone number for me to call. I've tried talking to the AI chatbot that Adobe provides but they don't even understand my question. I need a real person to help me right now to get my money back because at this point it is theft, they have no information to get my money back at all and they know that. I shouldn't have been charged twice no matter the circumstances, I can understand the first charge because I forgot about this subscription but I need my almost 50 dollars back now. Now I would appreciate it if someone could help me. I will leave my email down below so I can finally be helped by someone.
