I paid for and downloaded the latest Premier elements via the Adobe website only 3 days ago but this was wrong, i feel the information was misleading. I thought i had to pay upfront for the month's trial. As it is only 3 days ago, I believe i am able to get a refund. I have tried very hard to find a contact number, email or even chat but to no avail. Can any one help with this please? At least a a way of contacting Adobe would be much appreciated

Looks like adobe was charging ActPal's account in last 12 months without using After Effect tools at all. Could you please help to refund $240 back to ActPal's account? Please reach out to TELEPHONE REMOVED account in case of any question to get it refunded faster.

whether you use or not is irrelevant. adobe can't even determine whether you use or not. the key is whether you canceled your subscription or not.
if you canceled, or can make a convincing case, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

use a browser that allows popups and cookies

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I just sent request to refund 12 months extra charge to ActPal's account, but forgot to share the Email address and accoiunt subscription address to follow it up. Just now I have canceled the plan to make sure you are not charging again, because it had been canceled long time back, but looks like it didn't go through properly and without knowing that you have been charging us in last 12 months without using After Effect tools.
