I was only able to complete the payment just now, using the Papara account of a friend of mine—after days of trying. I consistently encountered the errors I mentioned earlier when attempting to pay with my own bank accounts (Ziraat and DenizBank), due to the lack of a 3D Secure payment option. I kindly suggest you review this issue for your Turkish customers. I truly went through a lot of effort to make this payment.

Have you purchased services from any other US-based companies with your payment method issued by the Ziraat bank? ^JW

I understand, Kübra, but if the payment method you have been using is being declined, then we need you to either contact the bank to confirm it is unblocked or use a different payment method.
If you have already contacted Ziraat Bank, then click on https://adobe.ly/43NTPGR to speak with a member of our support team for help. They can assist you with attempting to place the order, but if the bank has placed any restrictions on the card, then the transaction will still be denied. ^JW

I spoke to my bank again. I was getting an error because 3D Secure was not active. The error code was "non secure". I cannot select the secure payment option because it does not appear on my payment screen.
