I was wondering if plans have the option to add more devices? Like if we want to allow more than three devices to use the account at a time can you upgrade and pay more to allow for more than three people to use it at a time?
Hi there,
The limit of activated device usage is for the users with Creative Cloud individual subscription. I checked and found that you have both individual license and a team's license.
Ideally, there should be any issue while using the subscription on different devices assigned.

mobiles don't count against your 2 concurrent sign-ins.

This is exactly my complaint -- I am a Professor and use 3 macs: one at home, one at work, and a laptop for on the go. It's such a hassle to sign out/in all the time, and also being locked out sometimes when I don't have internet, that I just use my old 2017 Adobe Pro on the laptop, and keep both desktops signed in to the newer one. If I couldn't get that to work, then I guess I would have to look for alternatives.

you can install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud on as many (mac and/or win) computers as you own and use it to install all (or some, if you want) of your cc subscription programs.
the only (insignificant for internet connected computers) limitation is that you can sign-in (and therefore start your adobe programs) on, at most, two computers without signing-out. because you can sign out from either (or both) signed-in computers using a 3rd computer, this could not (imo) be easier. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-apps-number-of-computers.html

Even with internet-connected computers, having to sign out/in IS significant. When we're talking about making a quick edit to a pdf file, it's such a huge hassle to have to sign in.

i don't think adobe's going to allow different unlimited computer uses.

yep. no matter the number, there will be complaints.
adobe's always limited it to two even before it adopted the subscription model. it's not likely to change, but you can suggest your plan to adobe.
for applicable apps, use https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html
for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html

Not true. My Adobe Acrobat 2017 didn't have that limitation. In fact, after reinstalling MacOS for various reasons on a couple of the computers, I must have installed it on 5 "different" macs and never had to sign in. I still use it on my laptop, and it never asks me to sign in.

you had/have to activate and that's limited to 2 computers at any one time.

Apparently it isn't! I've thoroughly tested it. Maybe there is a lucky bug on just my 2017 copy. Anyway, I'll cling to it for dear life until it becomes too old.

assuming a legal 2017 individual license, the limit is 2 devices.

The FREE version is limitless. You can install FREE Acrobat Reader on as many devices as you need. That's all most people need to view documents.
FREE Acrobat Reader -- view, comment, & sign PDF.

I should have clarified -- this is NOT Adobe reader. It's Adobe Acrobat Professional, 2017. I can do lots of editing, OCR, etc. just like the current version.

This is incredibly stupid. If I AM PAYING FOR THREE COMPUTERS, THEN I NEED THREE COMPUTERS, STUPID, STUPID BS. I HATE ADOBE AND I WANT TO QUIT.

you can use 3 (or more) computers, just not at the same instant (which would be physically difficult anyway).

Not about that. What if I use it on the first two computers (desktops), then take my laptop on a plane with no internet. Unless I plan ahead and make a point to sign in, then I'm stuck and can't use it for the whole flight. And even if I did have internet, if I regularly use all 3 computers, it's a hassle to keep signing in.

Is this still not an option? Since the pandemic, many people have had more than two computers. I have my office desktop, WFH desktop, and travel laptop. It's really annoying having to disconnect one every time, especially since I recently got on a plane and did not realize my laptop was the one disconnected and had no internet connection to sign in.
I need my Adobe license activated on all three devices at all times. There should be an option to pay for this upgrade if people are willing to!

Install on as many devices as you wish. However only two devices may be activated concurrently. And only one device may be used at a time.
