Jak zrušit předplatné?

Dobrý den.

Dcera si založila účet a aktivovala zkušební verzi Photoshop. Photoshop nešel ani instalovat, nepřišel žádný e-mail. Účet u Adobe byl zrušen a dnes se chtěla strhnout platba z účtu. Předpokládala jsem, že když je účet zrušen, a nemáme ani žádný e-mail o aktivaci Photoshop, tak že se to prostě nepovedlo. Nebudu přeci platit, za něco co ani nejde a nevyužívám.

Poradí někdo jak zrušit to předplatné?

Je to můj podnikatelský účet. Přišel požadavek a já jej zamítla, jelikož jsme si mysleli, že je to zrušené...když byl zrušen i ten účet ze kterého to bylo ne/úspěšně aktivováno. V ten den jsem napsala sem do fóra.

Ok. Říkám... Předplatné nelze dohledat. Neexistuje. Adobe se snaží pořád strhávat platby z mého účtu za předplatné, které není dohledatelné, neexistuje.

Chtěli jsme zkušební verzi, nešla instalovat, zrušili jsme, ale najednou začali pokusy o strhávání plateb. Předplatné není aktivní, neexistuje, nelze dohledat ani tu zkušební verzi, kterou jsme zrušili.... nemám jediný email...nic. jen ty pokusy o strhávání plateb pokračují.

Hello. Yes, I know. There is no active membership on any of our accounts. You've already checked. But they keep trying to charge the payments.
