Lightroom Abo in Jahres-Abo, Prepaid umwandeln

Nach Ankündigung der Preiserhöhung für die monatliche Zahlweise möchte ich mein Abo auf eine jährliche Zahlweise umstellen (Jahres-Abo, Prepaid) um weiterhin meinen alten Betrag von 11,89 Euro zahlen zu können. 

Diese Umstellung gelingt mir nicht. Ich benötige bitte Hilfe.

Same issue, the chatbot couldnt help as well. Can you please just check why the Change Plan option does not include the yearly payment plan.
