Manage adobe plan not showing

I want to cancel my adobe subscription, but after I sign in to https://account.adobe.com/plans there is no button for "Manage Plan" button.

In such a case please contact support for help. Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.

Hi, I am having this issue, please could you help? I have tried signing in and out and have tried different browsers but no 'manage plan' option appears. I want to change my plan back to a student plan as it has expired.

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com....

If you got the plan through your school, it's probable that the school administers it. Try talking to your school's IT department.

 

Your plan may still be a student plan, but if you've had it for more than a year, the extra first year discount will be over. Students and educators do still get a discount, though.

Hi, I'm having the same issue with the same "Adobe for Enterprise" and I can't even type "AGENT" to avoid bots... Not even a chat box shows up. Please let me know how to get this resolved.

Hi there! You go to Account specifically Account Overview choose your plan on the far right click on cancel plan. It has 5 steps and you can choose any other plan it suits you
