My license key as you can see works, but when I log in to this adobe with the account which key is linked to it tells me that there's no key linked to the account. how can I fix this problem????
I even tried different accounts, it aint linked to them. why has adobe gotta be so

it's not clear (to me) at which step you are stuck.
go here, https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/#faq and skip the steps you have already completed, if any, and complete the remainder to download the apps.

This is where i'm stuck. My account was already logged in and everything was working but now I've gotta reactivate it again, I've tried logging into my account yet everytime it tells me there's an error, and when I went to check my account on the adobe site it didnt even exist but i had to create it. Substance designer it's working tho and it isnt asking me for activation

The thing is Ive got the license key, and as you can see its not expired as it was started this january, but Im not sure how to use it to activate the program. I had a license key with an other email and that one expired on april 9 I checked, and i guess thats the one i was using because otherwise it wouldnt have expired. I tried getting a new license with that account but it tells me I can only get a license every 12 months, which have passed since on that account the license was activated on april 9 2022

my previous message explains how to activate your license. sign in to adobe.com using the email that holds the currently active license before using that link.

Basically I had the account with the key logged into the adobe browser but had a different account on the cloud app, it was a minor mistake by my side and only realized later

so, signing in to adobe.com with the correct email/adobe id was the fix?
