I’m reaching out because I’m struggling to cancel my 1-week free trial for Adobe After Effects. I’ve followed the instructions provided, but I can’t seem to find the option to cancel before the trial period ends and I get charged.
If anyone has successfully managed to cancel their trial or knows a workaround, I would really appreciate your guidance. This has been quite frustrating, and I feel that the cancellation process should be more transparent and straightforward for users.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

As I have already mentioned, I do not want to continue my subscription. I have been trying to cancel my 7-day free trial, but for some reason, the cancellation option is not available. Could you please look into this and provide a solution? Also, I would like to confirm whether I will be charged if this issue is not resolved in time.

you're 2 weeks past the free trial. if you have an annual subscription and cancel now, you will be subject to an early cancellation fee as described in the link in my first reply.

you have to fix your payment problem, first. then you'll be able to cancel. ie, you'll pay first.

it says in order to fix that i need to update my payment method but they still want to charge me for that i dont have that kind of money it costs about 100 dollars for that subscribtion how can i stop this where can i contact the admins?
