Need Help Identifying and Cancelling an Unknown Adobe Subscription

Hi Adobe Support Community,

I recently noticed a $60/month charge from Adobe on my checking account, but I’m unable to determine what account or subscription it’s tied to. Here are the details:

  • I canceled my Adobe subscription last month, which was only $22/month. This $60 charge is unexpected and doesn’t match the subscription I had.
  • I’ve checked all my emails (including old accounts) but can’t find any confirmation emails or accounts linked to this charge.
  • I’ve tried using the bank transaction description to trace it but still can’t find any helpful details.

The problem is that I don’t have access to the account tied to this charge (if it’s even under my email). Since my bank (Wells Fargo) requires me to resolve this directly with Adobe, I’m at a loss on how to proceed.

Is there a way for Adobe Support to help locate the subscription using the transaction ID or charge details? If so, how should I go about providing this information? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
