As it says in subject line -new computer and my CreativeCloud account info says I have no subscriptions. My old computer -graphics card died, I can start up computer but I cannot see anything and as old as it is, it's not worth what it would take to repair. Can Adobe log me out on old computer? How can I reinstate my Illuistrator and Photoshop subscriptions? SHould I cancel my subscription and start over on new computer? Help, need to get back to work!

start here, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

ONLY IF YOUR ACCOUNT SHOWS A SUBSCRIPTION WITH NO PAYMENT PROBLEMS, proceed to these steps -

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

and if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

additionally, below are solutions some users reported:

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

Thanks -I will start trying these, hopefully I'll only have to use the first one but good to have backup methods to try. I notice under my account it says "you have no paid subscriptions". I was surprised to see that as I was using phyotoshop and illustrator the day my old computer went down. Here I am a week later with new computer and have no subscriptions, according to adobe. Will the links you provided still work with my situation?

Sure! Let us know how it goes. Also, I reviewed your account details and I confirm that you have an active plan for Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

yes, that first link solves pinpoints the majority of the problems by having you login to your account page to confirm you subscription is shown.

Brad, in addition to the suggestions offered by Kglad please make sure to log in under the account you used to purchase access to an Adobe subscription. There are no subscriptions or recent purchases under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. ^JW
