No access to apps, paying for full suite. After contacting 5 times, I'm ghosted. At my wits end.

Paying for the full suite of applications, but my account says 'free account' and I cannot access any apps. This has been like this since the 20th March. I've contacted them several times and was just ghosted on my final contact. GG Adobe. Love paying for access to NOTHING.

Based on this, I would assume the problem is Adobe end with activiting my licence properly. I can't even cancel my plan when logged into my account on the web, I click manage plan and the loading logo just shows up forever.
