Cuando entro a la administracion de mi cuenta me dice que no es posible cargar los planes. Ya intente cambiar de navegador, VPN, sacar bloqueador de anuncios y porbar en otros dispositivos y aun sigue el problema. Alguien tiene alguna solucion o idea? por favor lo necesito.

I'm having the same problem using google chrome, firefox and microsoft edge. I have tried all of them and the problem persists on my account. I bought the student plan and in fact, they have already charged me, but I can't do anything.

try using a mobile phone browser with wifi disabled.

On my mobile it worked and I was able to access my account even to cancel the subscription, but if I cannot access it from the PC, I cannot download the applications or access my account from the PC browser correctly. (I have tried brave too)

ok, so something on the problematic pc is causing that problem..
