No he recibido mis reembolsos y Adobe me sigue cobrando por planes ya cancelados e inexistentes

Llevo casi un mes con este problema, tenía múltiples reembolsos activos y el dinero jamás me llegó para PhotoShop e Illustrator, solo me llegó el reembolso más barato de todos, el resto de mi dinero jamás lo volví a ver. Los agentes de Adobe no son de ayuda, llevo un mes intentando que me solucionen mi problema y les adjunto pruebas, la única respuesta que recibo de parte de ellos es que mi dinero ya fue reembolsado y que no me van a cobrar nada porque no tengo planes activos, en este punto ya tengo los chats bloqueados de Agentes (al menos la última vez que intenté), y los agentes tampoco me ayudan, simplemente cierran el chat. El otro problema es que constantemente recibo notificaciones en uno de mis bancos por intentos de cobro de parte de Adobe, cuando no tengo ningún plan activo, porque todos los cancelé. Ésta madrugada me cobraron con éxito en otro banco un plan que jamás en mi vida he usado ni conocía de su existencia, no entiendo como lograron cobrarme por eso. Necesito ayuda urgente, no me devuelven mi dinero pero si me cobran y me quitan más por planes que ya cancelé o que jamás he usado

You may only get a refund if you cancel and are charged during the first 14 days of starting a trial
After 14 days the trial becomes a subscription and there is no refund

I bought Photoshop, Illustrator and InCopy. The same day I bought em I did the cancellation and  refund. I got the Incopy refund like 2 days later, but never got the Photoshop, and Illustrator money, and Adobe keeps on tryna charge me for Illustrator

It shows nothing, no active plans, absolutely nothing, just Adobe askin' me to come back to PhotoShop offerin a lil discount, but it ain't active
