No me permite actualizar mi tarjeta de crédito para realizar el pago

Buenas tardes,

 

Quiero actualizar mi tarjeta de crédito para poder pagar mi cuenta de adobe, pero en la opción de Facturación y Pago me aparece "Ir a su plataforma de proveedores". No hay ningún link y no sé en que opción  debería cambiar el número de mi tarjeta de crédito. Les muestro la pantalla que me aparece. He tratado de contactarme con una persona de atención al cliente, pero no ubico la opción en la página web.

Tengo exactamente el mismo problema. Pasé más de una hora buscando la forma de actualizar mi forma de pago porque cambié de tarjeta, y no encontré cómo. ¿Llegaste a contactar con alguna persona de Soporte de Adobe? ¿Encontraste ya alguna solución? Por favor, te agradeceré que puedas compartir algo de info.

Con este link, tienes que previamente haberte logueaodo a tu cuenta de adobe, se abrirá un chat y te comunicarás con una persona que te asesorará, y lo que hará será cerrar tu cuenta y volverla a abrir.
