I have been trying to cancel my team plan for months I have spent hours, on the phone and sending emails to adobe support, since there is no online option to do it.
On 31st of January 2018 I have cancelled over the phone my team plan for all applications ($A101.19) and ordered a plan for a single app (Indesign) and a Photograpgy Plan (I don't need all apps anymore)
.
From that moment on I should have been charged A$42.88 a month. Not only I am still being charged for the team plan (just got an email with September invoice) but I am also charged $42.88 for In-Design and Photography packages.
Adobe support, pull your finger out. How many more hours will I have to spend to get it cancelled and get a refund? I can't even delete my card details on your website which I think is against the law.

Hi Jakup,
When did your Team plan start? A Team plan is available for a year and has an anniversary date. You can cancel the plan for that data.
You need to contact your vendor if that is not Adobe. If it is Adobe, you can contact Adobe to cancel for the end of contract. Do so via chat and let you send the transcript. That will allow you to recapitulate what has been agreed on.

I'm not giving legal advice here but I think it is lawful not to allow you to delete your card information as long as you have obligations to Adobe.

Adobe support confirmed twice that my monthly team plan was cancelled (never was). I don't think I have any legal obligation with them mate..

There is no "monthly" team plan:
Subscription terms | Annual contract paid monthly or up front; or choose prepaid term from 1 to 3 years |
There is only an annual plan that you can pay on a monthly basis or prepaid.
So again: What is the anniversary date of your plan? That is the date for which you can cancel your subscription.

I'm pretty sure I have a monthly plan which adobe support has already confirmed. I'm based in Australia btw

I do not know if you have been grandfathered and that formerly a teams plan was available on a monthly basis or if you are simply only thinking of having a team plan. But your prices are correct (the single app plan is 43.99), so if you have a per month plan it's grandfathered.

Thanks for your help. Hopefully support will get back to me. The person from support I spoke to in Jan canceled the team plan for me and sold me the single app plans. Now I have both 😕 charged to my account

Hi Scott,
I changed my team plan to 2 individual apps in January 2018- please see follow up email from Netika (unfortunately nothing happened since then). I don’t require the team plan and would like to receive a full refund as confirmed by Netika- see below.
She has just sent me another email saying she is looking into it, but I wouldn’t mind if you also had a look. I’m really frustrated and I want my money back (for the team plan that I shouldn’t have been charged for)
The 2 app account is suspended because my card ran out of money. It will work again once I receive my refund.

Thanks for your time today, As discussed, I have raised the cancellation of your CCT Plan which was changed to an Individual plan in January. I have also requested for the Refund of 6 months on the same from the time you have moved to the individual.
It will take 5-10 business days to be actioned and settled.
Please let me know if in case you do not see this actioned within this window of 2 weeks.
