Buen Día,

 

Adquiri una licencia por 1 año de todos los productos de Adobe y descargue Creatice cloud Version 5.11.0.200 para utilizar todas las aplicaciones disponibles, pero al abrir cualquier de ellas me sale un error que dice "No podemos verificar el estado de su suscripción.", esta es una licnecia paga por 1 año como dije, utilizo Macbook Pro con Ventura 13.5, he desactivado la hora y fecha automatica como dice en los foros de la comunidad pero el problema persiste. No encuentro la forma de utilzar los servicios de Adobe

 

Solicito su ayuda inmediata, Gracias...
