When Adobe has sales, they only apply to new subscribers. What about loyal subscribers? If we see a sale, we should be able to access that price as well.
Right now companies are shifting to treating new and existing customers equally. Why not Adobe?

Nobody here can help with how Adobe sells products, you need to contact someone at Adobe who makes the policy

I find nothing disrespectful about the reply by John T Smith .
He was simply informing you that we here, at this user to user forum, don't make marketing decisions for Adobe and are not able to explain their marketing strategy.
