Bij starten van Lightroom v9.0 krijg ik de melding "Uw lidmaatschap is beeindigd: Verleng vandaag nog".
Echter als ik kijk in mijn lidmaatschap (onder zelfde account) dan zie ik dat deze nog loopt tot 10-10-2026.
Hoe krijg ik dit opgelost?

Hi Thanks for your suggestions.
I've executed all your siiggestions but the problem persist.
Note that in Adobe Account my subscription shows 305 days left of free trial period (I bought and activated a one year subscription).
My payment method is also ok.
My subscription includes Lightroom, Lightroom Classic and 1TB Cloud storage.
However starting Lightroom Classic shows a popup to choose a subscription and I cannot access Development tools.
Please advice how to fix this.

did you sign out and then sign back in to your cc desktop app?

Yes, I did sign out from Adobe Cloud Desktop app and sign back in. However, still no access to my app.
I also notice that in Cloud Desktop app the Lightroom Classic app is locked, see attachment "Schermafbeelding 2025-12-09 050028.png". However my subscription should allow this app.
Why is this app not enabled?

I also logged in and out from Lightroom Classic with same results. Promping me to buy a license.
Unfortunately that did not help either.
My subscription shows that Lightroom Classic is included, see attachment "Schermafbeelding 2025-12-09 050747.png".
Note that I'm using the same account for account.adobe.com and Lightroom Classic app.
Hope you have some more suggestions.

We hear you! I see that you have a Lightroom subscription which right now shows as trial, however, the trial is aonly valid for 7 days. I would suggest you to kindly get in touch with support for help.

I've noticed that at account.adobe.com my subscription shows fine whith my subscription activated.
However, in Creative Cloud Desktop app shows my subscription as "Lidmaatschapsinformatie niet beschikbaar" (means that my subscription information is not available).
The latter seemn not correct.
