I started a free trial for the full plan and later cancelled it in the same day realizing it isnt what I wanted, a momth later I was charged for the full service of around $170, I was irritated and attempted to cancel again to find the 80 dollar cancellation fee. It is now over a month later and I have now been charged another $80 for the service in which I have already cancelled twice... I am trying to actually contact someone through the help center but Im getting caught in this endless loop where its pre-set questions and Im getting extremely frustrated being $300+ out from this software that I have now cancelled twice.
