Hola, venia pagando para usar illustrator, y decidi cambiarme para tener todas las aplicaciones y ya lo pague y no me aparece nada !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! solamente que tengo illustrator

Check at https://account.adobe.com/plans to see what plan you have. If the change did not pass, you will see there a single Illustrator plan. You will have to try the change again. If it went through, you will see an All Apps plan and you can install all the other apps on your computer.
If you can not determine the status of your subscription, you are welcome to check that with Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

and, if you have any trouble following those steps, contact adobe support. (do not cancel the current plan and then start another.)
