Good morning,

 

I started the free trial of audition, I didn't manage to use it correctly and I couldn't get the payment cancelled because my laptop was broken and I didn't knew the password of the account. I would like a refund of the 26,47€. Thanks,

if you failed to cancel within the 7 day trial plus 7 day cancellation period, you are not entitled to a refund.  in addition, if you subscribed to an annual plan, there's a penalty for breaking that contract.

 

ntl, you can make your case to adobe support and hope they are forgiving.
