Payment issue - but there is not.

New Here ,
Dec 25, 2025 Dec 25, 2025

Hey there.

I keep getting emails and notifications saying that there is an issue with my payment, but there is not. My subscription is running and the money for the subscriptions are being pulled from my card - every month. I have a lot of outdated cards in the list where I can choose payment option (those are not selected), but can this be related to this. I can not find a way to remove them to check if that is the cause of the problem. The "new" card that I added as payment option is valid for many years to come and there is money on the card for this transaction every month. So, please stop spaming me with theese eamails/notifications.

/Joachim

I did, and it shows the same information as I get in the emails, but the subscription keeps running. The strange thing is that I only get this message for the subscription for the Adobe Stock. For the Adobe CC Pro, there is no issue, even though both subscriptions are linked to the same credit card.

If your account checks out OK as per the link given by kglad and all working OK for you, it may not be coming from Adobe.

It could be a spammer that is spoofing the email address it was sent from.

What was the email address?  If it was from outlook.com, it definitely isn't from Adobe.

The emails comes from message@adobe.com. I would say it is no spam, because it relates to the same message I get in the https://account.adobe.com. But even though I get theese messages the subscription keeps running and Adobe pulls the money needed for the subscription.

Joachim, I understand, and I see a charge in December. However, the system still indicates that your commitment is past due, which is why you are receiving these messages and will soon be blocked from accessing your Adobe Stock credits. Please click on https://adobe.ly/4su5Lrk to speak with a member of our team who can help you further.  ^JW
