I am reaching out from India, where I have been attempting to purchase the 'All Apps for Students Plan' for my cousin for nearly two months now. Despite having a functional debit card, I am encountering difficulties in completing the purchase of the Adobe plan. I have contacted Adobe support ten times, but unfortunately, no solution has been provided. I also consulted my bank, and they have confirmed that my debit card is in good standing.
Could someone please assist me in resolving this issue and help me successfully purchase the subscription? I would be grateful.

Since your post is about payment, I've moved it from Using the Community (for questions about the forums) toAccount, Payment, & Plan. Mostly, Adode accepts credit cards and in some places PayPay.

Scroll to Payment, then click the link to "Creative Cloud" plans to see what is available in your country.
See this thread where the last poster said they were able to use a Debit International Visa Card which also has to be enabled for international transactions.
You can also use a reseller. Filter the country to India

All my payment details are updated. International usage is enabled. I can purchase other games and other application subscriptions but adobe.
