Payment issue

I'm a Hong Kong user, I had been trying to cancel the monthly payment of Adobe Scan mobile in the last twelve months because I seldom need it, but it still keep collecting money from my Alipay and bank account, somehow I cannot see any subscribe record in google play which means I cannot cancel or have already canceled the plan. However the payment is continuing. Can anyone help me?

if you subscribed via an app store, you must cancel via the same app store.

Yes I do check out the app stores but there’s nothing subscribed for Adobe.
