Hello!

Last month I've changed my creditcard number in my Adobe account (a week or something before the payment). My old creditcard expired.
Unfortunately there were 2 automatic debits, so I've paid twice last month. With my old en new creditcard.

I would like to get my money back from that extra payment.

I don't know if this is the right way. If not, then please tell me what the right email or way is for this problem.

Greetings Kim

I suggest you contact both Adobe, through the Chat system and ask for an Agent, and your CC company/bank and dispute the extra charge.
