I bought the Creative Cloud Plan package for photographers on 2.11.2022. I entered information on the map. On 2.11.2022, 12.09 euros were read from the card. But they immediately issued an additional invoice and counted 24.19 euros. The situation was repeated on 2.12.2022, when the next monthly payment came up. I ask you to clarify for what the reading is 24.19 euros. I don't see them in my personal account.
