photshop monthly payment

since I installed the newest Version of photoshop, Adobe still charges the "older" version on top of the new version. so my credit card bill tells me I get to pay 2x my montly Adobe Abo which is 2x 11.80

why is that and how can I make the older version vanish on my bill?

You installed the new version of Photoshop -- do you mean you went through "Buy" again? You should not do that, you just get two subscriptions! To get the lastest version you use the Creative Cloud app to update. Contact Adobe customer service to see if they will cancel the NEW subscription.
